Water

Sixty to seventy percent of all diseases can be cured or prevented with water.

Another declaration that the Taoist Priest made that, at the time, sounded absurd to me.  I listened to what he had to say but in my mind I doubted the veracity of such a declaration.  Initially, I thought he was speaking only of water consumption but soon realized he was talking about the use of hydrotherapy as well.  Many years later I discovered, not only that he had disclosed a great truth, but also the many ways that hydrogen peroxide could also be used effectively to facilitate healing or the prevention of disease.

The first living things were water plants, and the origins of animal life lived in water. In the beginning our earth was lifeless until the water came. Today we are still water animals, forced to have access to water, or perish.  The origin of water is as open to scientific speculation as is the origin of the earth itself. Water Consumption

There's much concern about what to eat or not eat but water, an absolutely fundamental substance for bodily function and well-being, is grossly overlooked. And then there's confusion about what is the best water to drink; many believe that any liquid qualifies as hydration.

The excuses for not drinking water vary. “I’m not thirsty.” “I’ll just have to go to the bathroom if I drink all of that water.” “Water doesn’t do anything for me; I will just grab a coke.”


The Institute of Medicine determined that an adequate intake for men is roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) and for women 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day. Some nutritionists actually advise that just because the average person needs about two liters of water a day, to replace what is lost through normal biological functions, does not mean that they need to drink two liters of water a day. In fact, you do not have to drink any water at all because you can easily get a liter or liter and a half of water just from the food that you eat, especially if you eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Meanwhile, books and medical-journal articles have declared there's no scientific evidence for claims that "8 x 8" -- eight ounces of water, eight times a day -- can bring a wide range of benefits, from speeding weight loss to ridding the body of toxins, fighting constipation, fatigue, dry skin and hastening recovery from colds and flu. Headlines have jeered that 8 x 8 "doesn't hold water" and "water advice doesn't wash", according to the Wall Street Journal.

So what is it? All this information and misinformation about the benefits and the consequences on health of not drinking enough water, its hard to know what is correct. Let us take a hard look at the facts. Continue reading Water Consumption

The One Minute Cure

Making a 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution

There are times when it would be convenient for you to keep a 3% strength food-grade hydrogen peroxide on hand because at this strength, it has many uses that produce countless benefits (in addition to the benefits that are derived from the dosing regimen described earlier). This should not be confused with the 3% hydrogen peroxide that you can find at your local drugstore because that pharmaceutical grade is for external use only and should not be ingested.

In order to make a 3% solution that can be ingested, you must start with 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide and dilute it according to the way it will be used. To start, pour one ounce of 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide into a pint jar, and add 11 ounces of distilled water. This will yield 12 ounces of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Make sure you label it “3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide” to distinguish it from the 35% strength. You can use this diluted solution in a variety of ways, and you may find it convenient to store the unused portion in the refrigerator. If you wish to ingest hydrogen peroxide, you will need to dilute the solution further. However, absorbing 3% hydrogen peroxide through the mucous membranes, the lungs, and the skin produces many remarkable health benefits.
