“A yogi eats one meal a day…. A rogi eats two, a bogi eats three and if you’re trying to die you have four”, he said, matter of factly. I was three weeks deep into a seven-week intensive Astanga Yoga teachers training workshop, which was five days a week four hours a day.
I knew what a yogi was. “So what’s a bogi?” I asked.
“One who prefers the good life to that of a yogi”, Manju said.
“And what’s a rogi?” I inquired further.
“A diseased body.” He replied.
“C’mon. That’s a bit harsh isn’t it?” I said.
